Went for the full treatment but just got a beard and hair trim. Beard was unevenly cut, incompleteley groomed (hairs remaining on the neck and cheeks). I've gone here 2 or 3 times but unfortunately this is the second time I'm rather disappointed. Hopefully this only happened to me.
